Shipping and Delivery:

We will make every effort to ship your order promptly and deliver it to you as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping costs and delivery options will be displayed during the checkout process and may vary from time to time. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or international orders. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order and the delivery location. 

Shipping Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours after receipt. Please note that business hours exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery: Orders within Kerala will be delivered within 2-3 business days of shipment.

Delivery Time for South India: Orders to other South Indian states will be delivered within 4-7 business days of shipment.

Delivery Time for Other Indian States: Orders to other Indian states will be delivered within 7-9 business days of shipment.

  • Additional taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Krypsy is not liable for any such charges.

  • Orders are typically processed within one day after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

d. International Delivery Timeframes

  • International delivery times depend on the shipping destination and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be 7-9 business days.
  • Krypsy cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen courier issues.

e. Customs and Import Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Customers are responsible for paying all applicable customs and import charges. Failure to do so may result in the package being held, returned, or discarded by customs authorities.

f. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this number to track your package’s journey to your destination.

g. Returns and Refunds

  • International orders are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part. In such cases, customers must contact Krypsy within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Customers are required to provide proof (e.g., photos) of any damage or discrepancies for verification.

h. Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • Krypsy is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to Krypsy due to delivery failure, customers may need to cover additional shipping charges to resend the package.

i. Payment Options

  • We accept all international cards, and you can pay in your native currency using Razorpay as a payment option. Razorpay ensures secure and seamless transactions for our international customers.
